    Shipping Policy

    We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected, please read the shipping policy below.

    Business shipping hours: Monday — Friday, 9 a.m. — 3 p.m. EST, excluding national holidays.

    Items ordered after daily shipping hours will be processed the next business day. Items ordered on Friday after 3 p.m. EST, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.

    First Class (Standard Free Shipping): Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once processed, first class orders will deliver within 3-7 business days.

    Expedited Shipping via USPS Priority Mail & Priority Mail Express: Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST will be processed same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Once processed, expedited orders will deliver in 1-3 business days.

    Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

    Please Note: We will not be able to refund expedited shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.

    Return Policy

    We love the products we make and think you will, too. If you don’t enjoy your first package from Jaded, let us know so that we can help you return or exchange your products.

    We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift Cards are non-returnable.

    You will receive a notification & return label by email once we have processed your return. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
